A daily collection of snippets and highlights from the Quran. I started collecting these for every single night of Ramadan to send a Christian friend who’s interested in the Quran but struggles to find time to read it. So I thought to share these online for others who might also benefit.

10.12 And when affliction touches man, he calls upon Us, whether lying on his side or sitting or standing; but when We remove from him his affliction, he continues [in disobedience] as if he had never called upon Us

10.23 O mankind! Your rebellion (disobedience to Allah) is only against your ownselves, — a brief enjoyment of this worldly life, then (in the end) unto Us is your return, and We shall inform you that which you used to do.

10.25 And Allah calls ˹all˺ to the Home of Peace and guides whoever He wills to the Straight Path.

10.32 That is God, your Lord, the Truth. So what can be beyond the truth except error? So how then are you averted?

10.37 It is not ˹possible˺ for this Quran to have been produced by anyone other than God. In fact, it is a confirmation of what came before, and an explanation of the Scripture. It is, without a doubt, from the Lord of all worlds.

10.38 Or do they claim, “He made it up!”? Tell them “Produce one chapter like it then, and seek help from whoever you can — other than God — if what you say is true!”

10.57 O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Creator, a healing for what is in your chests, a guidance and a mercy for the believers.

10.61 There is no activity you may be engaged in or portion of the Quran you may be reciting, nor any deed you may be doing except that We are Witness over you while doing it. Not even the weight of a speck of dust in the earth or sky is hidden from your Lord, nor anything lesser or greater: it is all written in a clear record.

10.62 verily, the friends of God shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve.

10.68 They say: “Allah has begotten a son (children).” Glory be to Him! He is Rich (Free of all wants). His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. No proof you have for this. Do you say against Allah what you know not.

10.99 And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed, each and every one of them! So, are you to then compel mankind, until they become believers?

10.11 No soul can believe except by God’s will, and He brings disgrace on those who do not use their reason.

10.108 Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O humanity! The truth has surely come to you from your Lord. So whoever chooses to be guided, it is only for their own good. And whoever chooses to stray, it is only to their own loss. And I am not a keeper over you.”
